CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE.

When you schedule an appointment at one of our locations, we reserve the time for your needs.  If you need to change or reschedule a confirmed booking, please provide us with 24-hour notice by e-mail.  If booking a visit on the same day, a refund for that service cannot be made.  Missed appointments are not refundable.
